先將閥端面放置于水平狀態(tài)，用潔凈水從閥的入口端灌入，也可由出口端灌入，注滿各孔眼，靜置1分鐘左右。孔眼水不下降為合格。如有下降，則說明閥漏，需要拆卸，全面檢查，修好、安裝完后，繼續(xù)灌水試驗(yàn)，直到合格為止，否則將影響混凝土專用試驗(yàn)機(jī)的檢測精度。這是比較簡單方便的方法。
